How to activate your digital Kordon Warranty
Overview:
The digital warranty activation allows customers to ensure the correct details are recorded against the warranty and that, at any time, they can access the information they need, like certificates/reports and site plans.
Process:
Upon request of the certificate by the current customer (e.g. the builder) the email will be sent with the warranty activation link.
This can be completed by the builder on behalf of the future owner or forwarded to the future property owner for them to complete.
Click the “Customer Warranty Form” link.
The Installation Warranty Registration will open, where all the details to activate the warranty will appear.
Once submitted, you will see the following page.
The warranty has now been activated; there is nothing more to do.
You will receive a PestSENSE sticker to place in the meter box. This will allow you to scan the QR code and review service reports, site plans and more.
When your Termite Inspection is due for maintaining your warranty, you will receive an email and SMS reminder.
