We must have the best knowledge base possible, with clear and understandable steps that allow you to access the information you need to use the system quickly. 

To do this, we need your feedback on what you like, what you don't like and if there are errors in any steps as we develop the system and our processes. 

Process:

At the bottom of every article, there is a section where you can rate it and provide feedback.

This feedback is sent directly to the project team and is anonymous allowing you the freedom to be honest and ensuring we can improve the knowledge base and system.
